Sensefly SODA 3D
CARDNL shares one Sensefly S.O.D.A. 3D photogrammetry camera with Atollo UAS. The S.O.D.A is a photogrammetry camera made unique by the fact that during a mapping mission, it changes camera orientation to capture 3 unique images at each image stopping point: 2 oblique and 1 nadir. This allows the S.O.D.A module to capture a much wider array of imagery types during a single mission than other fixed-orientation cameras. S.O.D.A. missions produce exceptionally detailed 3D models that are more capable of modeling complex environments, such as water bodies or uneven terrain.
The S.O.D.A 3D is intended for use only with the fixed-wing EbeeX drone.
