Zoom

All current UNC-Chapel Hill students are eligible for a Zoom Pro license. All Zoom accounts will be created with your onyen@live.unc.edu email address. Please go to zoom.unc.edu to sign in and download the free UNC Zoom application. When you have the application downloaded to your laptop or device, click on the Zoom app itself and make sure you are logged in with your UNC onyen credentials. If asked to “sign in” on the app, follow these instructions, beginning with step 3, to sign in with SSO (single sign on) through UNC. This will ensure you are showing up correctly in your classes, and will be able to take advantage of the features offered in the “pro” account.

Before you click on a class or meeting link in Sakai, or from a calendar invite, sign in to zoom.unc.edu. This will ensure you are entering your meeting with the proper UNC credentials.
