  • Conference registration fee:
    •  US$550 for regular participants
    •  US$250 for students.
      These fees include a reception on Sunday evening, breakfast Monday through Friday, food and beverage during the coffee breaks, lunch buffet on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday (all at the Carolina Inn), and the conference banquet on Wednesday evening, which will take place at The Story.
  • Hotel reservations: Once you have registered, please go ahead and make your hotel reservation with the Carolina Inn. You can use this link to secure the reduced conference rate.
    Make your reservation early before rooms run out!
    We have a limited block of rooms at a reduced conference rate, which will only be available until July 31st.
  • Contributed talk abstracts deadline: July 15th.
    You can use the pre-registration form below to submit your title and abstract. Accepted contributions are being notified throughout the month of June.
  • Poster abstracts deadline: August 5th.
    Be sure to pre-register and indicate your intent to submit a poster.
