In this module, you first had the opportunity to “play” around with Bing Chat, ChatGPT, and Midjourney before learning how generative AI functions along with the AI ecosystem. It is now time for you to explore the AI ecosystem and the generative tools that are available in it.
To complete this activity, visit the AI Tool Links page and choose one of the tools that interest you, or feel free to search for a generative tool online. Once you have selected the tool, experiment with it and consider the following:
- What can the tool do and what does it provide?
- How can it be used as part of your teaching, research, or overall productivity?
- What do you like and not like about it?
After exploring the tool and its functionalities, download and complete the AI Generative Tool Profile template. An example has been completed for you.
