Grace Cain Presented at ABCT 2023!
Graduate student from our lab, Grace Cain, attended the Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies conference in Seattle in Nov, 2023! She was one of four speakers on the symposium named “Cultivating youth well-being across the lifespan: Spotlight on parent mindfulness, positive affect, and socialization of happiness and empathetic joy”, chaired by lab alumni Dr. Laura McKee. Specifically, Grace discussed the role of parent mindfulness in skill mastery during Behavior Parent Training, offering insightful implications for future personalization of BPT programs.
