Meal Allowances

Each mentor/mentee pair is permitted funds for coffee and lunch meetings:

Coffee Meetings
$20 total or $10 per person
4 per year (recommend 2 per semester)

Lunch Meetings
$40 total or $20 per person
4 per year (recommend 2 per semester)

*No alcohol*

How to pay for coffee and lunch

Use your T&E Card and create an expense report using the following parameters:

Report Name:
AMAC Mentor Lunch #1 – Last Name
AMAC Mentor Coffee #2 – Last Name

Report Purpose:
Meeting/Event/Business Meal

Funding:
Enter department ID 311300

Comments:
List attendees

Upload all receipts (itemized and total with gratuity)

Use your P-Card and reconcile your transaction using the following instructions:

Upload memo listing type and number of meal (ex. Mentor Lunch #1) as well as all attendees
