Are you or your group/organization interested in tabling at the Strides for STEM 5K?

Organizations, companies, or groups that donate $25 or more to the Strides for STEM 5K have the option to set up a table at the race! You will have the opportunity to interact with runners after the race as they wait for prize announcements, eat free snacks, and mingle with friends. Donate here and complete this form by 5pm on Friday, June 21st, 2024 to be guaranteed a table on race day. Each group will have 1 table and 1 chair reserved, unless a different arrangement is requested.

Want to become a sponsor?

As a sponsor, your organization’s name or logo could be included on the race t-shirts given to all runners!

If you’d like to support the Strides for STEM 5K, here are some ways to do it:

Monetary donations: Your donation will help us with the up-front costs of the Strides for STEM 5K and also help us increase our impact in the STEM community. Silver ($100) donors have the option of having your organization’s name on the 5K t-shirts given to all race participants. Gold ($250+) donors have the option of having your logo on the t-shirts. The size of the logo will correspond to the amount donated. Donations can be made here. Deadline to be guaranteed a spot: Tuesday, June 18th, 2024.

Item donations: By donating items to the event, you will be helping us encourage more people to participate, which will benefit our cause and promote your brand to a broader audience. Any items you can donate, such as gift cards, food/drinks, or company merchandise, will be greatly appreciated and will go a long way in helping us reach our goal.
