Safiye Yasan is a first-year undergraduate student pursuing a BS in Biology on a pre-med track. She enjoys being in the lab environment and learning through research, and she participated in a research project related to climate change during her high school years at Keene State College. Safiye was intrigued by Dr. Manga’s research focuses and is now interested in researching the improvement of water and sanitation with the focus on public health.
