Anna Verkuilen

Anna VerKuilen graduated with a Master of Public Health in 2023 from the Global Health concentration at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Gillings School of Global Public Health. Anna worked in conjunction with Dr. Musa Manga during her practicum experience at the Water Institute at UNC. She wrote a systematic literature review on the effectiveness of the Swachh Bharat Mission to end open defecation in India. After graduation, Anna hopes to continue her work in WaSH while advocating for the health and wellbeing of all people globally.
