    • Creation and distribution of service accounts for select TDX API integrations

ServiceNow Closeout

  • Investigate ServiceNow data archive requirements & structure: May – Go Live

Training & Access

  • TeamDynamix Agent Early Access: 2-3 weeks before Go Live
  • TeamDynamix Go Live: July 10, 2024

 

Phase 2: Closing out ServiceNow

Target Dates: 7/10/24 – 9/6/24

ServiceNow Closeout

  • Configuring TeamDynamix Asset module (Phase 2)
  • Closing out ServiceNow contract and use
    • Creating ServiceNow data archive

TeamDynamix Continued Buildout

  • Asset Management: Mid July – Late August
  • Knowledge Base & Service Catalog: Continue to build items not addressed for Go Live

Training & Access

  • Agent Training: On Demand
  • ServiceNow Late Access: 2-3 weeks post TeamDynamix Go-Live
  • Decommission ServiceNow: by 9/6/2024

 

Phase 3: Continued TeamDynamix Buildout
