TeamDynamix agents,

Just a few quick updates for this edition.

Standardized forms in TDNext

If you create tickets in TDNext, you may have noticed that we updated the forms linked from the “Create New Ticket” buttons. Last week we standardized the forms to include and order fields in a consistent way.

Change in xMatters notifications

On Thursday, September 19, 2-3 p.m., we’re changing the integration between xMatters and TDX. Notifications will still trigger incidents and major incidents with high and emergency priorities; however, they will no longer link to status changes or priority downgrades. Once we implement the change, xMatters alerts will terminate only when the ticket is assigned to an individual. Downgrading the priority will not terminate the alert.

CAB vetted this change, and we communicated it to the major units that use xMatters. After we implement the change, we will update the TeamDynamix: TDX Integration with xMatters (Incident and Major Incident) article to reflect the new functionality.

Customize your experience webinar recording

If you were unable to attend last week’s Customize your experience webinar, we have posted the recording and slides on the TDX Town Halls page of the project website. We covered creating email rules for TDX notifications, managing your primary group and group notification settings, ways to work/manage your own tickets, and a few other things.

Best,

Calvin Groves, Director of Customer Support & Outreach
