The ServiceNow data archive is now available! Access is restricted to TeamDynamix agents. Access the archive and the functionality details via: ServiceNow Data Archive. (Note: You’ll need to have an agent license and be logged in to view the article.)
Please look at the archive and cross-reference to ServiceNow while you still have access. You have read-only access until this Friday, August 30. Let us know if there are any gaps. If you have questions or concerns about the information in the data archive, please submit a request via: TeamDynamix Platform and Engagement Services.
NEW: Agent group settings self-service
We have rolled out new functionality for you to set your TDX primary group and turn your TDX group notifications on or off using the chatbot. Find instructions on how to change these settings at TeamDynamix: Adjust Group Settings. (Note: You need to have an agent license and log in to view the article.)
