I hope the first week of early access was fruitful for all of you. We’re a week and half from go-live!

Early access office hours

Reminder: We will hold office hours through Wednesday of this week for you to ask questions and get help with the system before go-live next Wednesday, July 10.

We also will hold go-live office hours starting July 10. The details for all office hours are posted on our Events Calendar.

Go-live town hall

We will hold a final town hall on Tuesday, July 9, at 3 p.m. to prepare you for go-live. During the town hall, we’ll go over any last-minute items that you need to know, our go-live office hours schedule, and how to submit feedback and questions. If you are unable to attend, you can watch the recorded session that we will post to the Town Hall page on our website.

Training recordings

We have posted the training recordings on the Training Information page on our website. These include:

  • Agent (level 1): Intended for anyone who will have access to work tickets in TDX.
  • “Super” Agent (level 2): Intended for anyone who will work tickets in TDX on a daily, or almost daily, basis.
  • Change Management – CAB Workflow: Intended for anyone who submits changes to a Change Advisory Board (CAB), as well as CAB members who approve changes.
  • Reporting and Dashboards: Intended for anyone who will prepare reports (including dashboards) in TDX.

Questions

If you have questions about TDX outside of office hours, please send them to TeamDynamix@unc.edu so the project team can consolidate and prioritize.
