If you missed the town hall on Wednesday or want to share it with your teammates, you can find the recording on the Customer Support Tool website.

Reminder: Training begins next week

If you haven’t yet signed up for training, you still have time! The Training Information page on the Customer Support Tool website has the registration information along with the links to the prerequisite eLearning videos. Note: The total time for all the prerequisite videos is less than 25 minutes.

Notifications from TeamDynamix

To prepare for early access on June 24, the project team will load groups and profiles into TeamDynamix next week. As they load this information, you may receive notifications from TeamDynamix. You do not need to take any action if you receive these notifications.

As a reminder, during early access, do not create tickets in a customer’s name. Instead, open them in your name until go-live and put the customer’s name in the description or a comment. After go-live, you can go back into the ticket and change the “Requested for” field to be the customer.
