Time for another update!
Reminder: Self-selecting primary group
In the last agent email, we asked you to review the spreadsheet below and select the group that should be your primary group by entering “yes” in the “primary group?” column. (The part we didn’t include was: also please enter “no” for the others!)
We neglected to give a deadline. Please complete this by Tuesday, June 4. The spreadsheet is divided into tabs by major campus unit: TDX Agents Primary Group spreadsheet.
TDX Zoom events
We’ve had several folks reach out with participation/registration errors for our TDX Zoom events. When you join the TDX town hall webinars, register for the training sessions, or join office hours, be sure you’re formatting your email address as “onyen@email.unc.edu” to prevent errors.
New on the website: Events calendar
To make it easier to add to calendars, we’ve added an Events Calendar to the project website. The calendar has trainings, office hours and town halls. When you click on an event, you can add it to your calendar in your preferred format.
June town hall
We will hold another town hall on Wednesday, June 12, at 3 p.m. We’ll dig deeper into some of the functionality in TDNext and give you more information about what training and early access for TDX will look like. You can find the Zoom link to join and a calendar invitation on the events calendar on the project website.
