This is your first official update on the Customer Support Tool project!
As you may know, TeamDynamix (TDX) is the vendor we selected in December from our Customer Support Tool RFP. TDX was the top scorer across all areas, including the Net Promotor Score submitted by those of you who attended the vendor demonstrations.
We have now transitioned to project mode, and the project team will implement TDX and decommission ServiceNow in parallel. We are targeting a summer implementation for TDX, and the ServiceNow contract expires September 6.
We are still in the early stages of this project — we have yet to determine our major phases or project calendar, but we wanted you to know that we have kicked off the project and that we will keep you updated. Our goal is to provide you with at least monthly updates on our progress.
In the meantime, if you would like to familiarize yourself with the TDX platform, you can view the recordings from the demo. Also, this note and up-to-date project information will live on the Customer Support Tool project website.
