January 17, 2024 – ServiceNow entering break-fix mode

To prepare for the transition to TeamDynamix, the ServiceNow team has officially moved to “break-fix” mode. This means the ServiceNow team is no longer accepting requests for modifications to ServiceNow. Team members will complete all Requests that are currently in progress and will reach out if they need any additional information.
