Mentoring Philosophy and Lab Culture

I was trained by incredibly positive and supportive mentors, and I want to pass this on to future scientists. I believe that success follows happiness. In our lab, we value integrity, kindness, diversity, and inclusivity as much as teamwork, collaboration, creativity, and hard work. Open communication and clear expectations are integral to a good working relationship.
