A Pairing Field Approach to Ultracold Fermi Gases 

We formulate the dynamics of a two-species Fermi gas in terms of a bosonic pairing field which provides a very natural and direct access to its basic observables like energy and density and to order parameters and correlation functions that allow us to study the phase structure of such Fermi gases.
