Phoebe is a junior from Morrisville, North Carolina. She is majoring in Neuroscience and Health Policy and Management. She also has a minor in chemistry. She hopes to pursue a career in healthcare administration and public health research to bring about positive outcomes in mental health equity. In her spare time, she likes to jog and explore areas.
