After defining a problem in Education that we want to solve, we were tasked with tasked with digging deeper into the “who” and their experience. Who is being affected by the problem that we have defined and what might they be experiencing? We used this exercise to build empathy for the populations we want to affect. Below is the empathy map I create for K12 Students that are affected by the lack of consistent Computer Science education across the U.S. I plan on using this as I develop ideas and prototypes for solutions to this problem.
