Below are one-pagers that I made for the City of Raleigh training and professional development program, also known as The Academy. I created these prototypes after multiple brainstorming sessions and co-creation questions with other City staff where my supervisor and I asked them specifically what they would like to see in City trainings, focusing on the logistics of the program. As we continue staff conversations, we will likely iterate the one-pager again before reaching the final prototype that we will test-run in the new year.
These two artifacts constitute the “Prototype” phase of the design thinking process. I took information from various sessions and compiled them into a prototype for The Academy that we will use to guide our course pilot.
