Below is the first iteration of a course catalog that I created based on feedback from staff and research on adult learning. The catalog provides a brief description of the courses The Academy is planning on offering, and it also lists various learning objectives. The catalog will be used in our feedback and co-creation sessions to see which of the 9 offerings staff are more interested in taking and why.
