In the initial stages, we observed social media trends and user engagement, delving into the empathize phase by gaining an understanding of our audience’s preferences. Tools such as Canva played a pivotal role, enabling us to prototype visually appealing content and experiment with different designs.

Moreover, the continuous sharing of insights and updates on Instagram served as a direct line of communication with our audience, representing the testing phase where were able to receive immediate feedback. By creating an Instagram account to serve the community, we communicated not only the latest news but also fostered a sense of community, and embodied the principles of design thinking through social media user engagement.
