From August 2022 to May 2023, I had the honor of interning with MetaMetrics, an educational technology company that offers scientifically valid, universal scales for measuring reading and listening (Lexile®) as well as math (Quantile®), and resources to build these skills. I assisted with developing an international hub of lessons designed increase English reading, listening and speaking skills for international learners. More specifically, I helped author prototype lessons on Moodle, created a user flow chart on Miro, and designed and developed wireframes on Balsamiq. I also created a style guide that documented how to create the lessons and activities using Moodle and H5P. I later used this to train employees at MetaMetrics so that this hub can continue to be developed.
Below you will find a sample of the wireframes that I created for MetaMetrics. These wireframes show the registration process for the international hub website. The purpose of these wireframes was insure alignment of the company’s look and feel carried through into this new platform, and could easily be given to web designers to build-out. Due to privacy and copyright concerns, I am limited on the amount of data that I am able to share about this project, though I am happy to share more details in an interview.
