LdR Song Sample: Stronger by Kanye West

“Stronger” is one of Kanye West’s most popular songs and has one of the best samples in hip hop history. The electronic background voice comes from a Daft Punk song titled, “Harder Better Faster Stronger”. It is a unique sound because it samples an electronic/dance song which back then was a genre that was never sampled in hip hop songs. Kanye West was able to add combine both hip hop and electronic elements into his own song which inspired a trend that continues to be popular to this day.
