Parody & Satire – Alan Dang

This is mostly a parody of how an esport broadcast is but if the reporter knows nothing about esports. I believe it is successful on commenting on esports reporting because the premise of the video is how the reporter doesn’t know anything about League and while it might seem strange to him, League players would understand what’s going on and the terms used in this video. The video nails the similarities of how a League of Legend broadcast would look like in terms of setting, analyst desk, the player’s look, and the fans. It makes fun of esports because people who don’t know about that game, wouldn’t understand anything that’s going on. This applies to real sports as well because if you know nothing about hockey, you wouldn’t understand anything that’s going on but hockey fans would. (Chance the Rapper is hilarious also)
