Maggie Caudle- Introduction

Hi everyone, my name is Maggie and I’m a rising senior from Wilmington, NC! I’m a double major in journalism and political science but have always been interested English as well. I’m taking this class as something fun before I graduate in December!

I think sampling is really cool, and one of my favorite sampled songs is Beyonce’s “Crazy in Love”, which I found out recently actually takes a sample from “Are you my Woman (Tell Me So)” by the Chi-Lites. Both songs are classics and I never even recognized it before.
