My EESA brothers and I preparing for our Africa Night performance, after months of two 4-hour long practice every week. We showcased Eskista (Amhara), Tigrignga, Guraginga, Saho (and more).
Voices of Praise Gospel Choir Concert at NOW Church, where we held Fall and spring concerts. In addition to praise, we brought a pastor in for both services. We invited many VOP alumni, parents, UNC students, and nearby Church communities to join us as I initiated our prayer.
My first UNC executive position was for EESA, and it led me to organize the first of many future collaborations with Table NC, the largest food bank in the NC Research Triangle.
This creative display is from CATCH, a BME-focused club I attended before focusing on the Helping Hand Project. I chose it because most of my work for HHP is CAD and coding; this electronic display is simpler and was a memorable experience!
The Helping Hand Project’s End-of-Year photo to commemorate those who kept consistent in working toward our mission of providing prosthetics to low-income households.
