- Final coach meeting, centered around handoff, updating our website, and wrapping up our project.

- Team met with client one last time and held a final demo of the JustInTime application (admin portal and mobile app). Client said they were ready for app to be in production soon.

- Team met and completed the final project presentation, including delegating the demo team (Andrew and Matthew) and slide assignments.

- Coach meeting, talked about final presentation expectations

- Team meeting to talk about future events including documentation plan and handoff plan.

- Meeting with the client to demo the improved embedded videos with less refresh options. Client loved the improvements.

- Team met and completed the APPLES reflection 1. Team evaluated individual responsibilities as follows: Andrew – fix embedded video to be more smooth, Matthew – improve styling, Garrison – add read receipts to new messages, Brendan: add google analytics to applications.

- Team met with client and demoed embedded video links. Client approved of demo and plans to circle back regarding user authentication.

- Team attended coach meeting. Expressed need for reflecting on client specifications.

- Team held weekly meeting, talked about next steps for features, specifically for embedded video links.

- Team had coach meeting and relayed information about client demo.

- Team gave midterm presentation to entire class about Just In Time and met with client and provided a notifications demo.
February 24th
- Team met to create the architecture diagram and midterm presentation. Everyone agreed with upgrading the react framework to Next.js for the admin portal

- Coach meeting. Discussed next steps for class website and cloud messaging blockers.

- Team met with the client. Discussed paid apple developer account for obtaining IOS deployment credentials and that the desired Video Embed Format is Youtube or IPlayer HD

- Team met to create the design document specification and talk about group member tasks going forward.

- Team met to finalize specifications for project and worked on the ethics assignment

- Had second meeting with client and proposed a mock up of the user interface design
