Recommendation Engine Interface Upon accessing the site, you will be greeted with an intuitive dashboard. Here, you can start by entering your question in the provided query field.
Control Panel Before submitting your query, you may want to refine the search parameters. The Control Panel on the left allows you to:
- Refer to the 23 labels and keywords provided.
- Define the scope and context of your question.
- Choose the level of detail for the answers you seek.
Attention: Adhere to the data format guidelines provided in the documentation to ensure seamless integration.
Query Submission and Results After setting your parameters and uploading any necessary data, submit your question by clicking the ‘Ask’ button. The engine will process your query and display the answers, along with relevant data points and insights, in the ‘Answers’ section.
Interactive Answer Visualization The ‘Answers’ section provides:
- Visual representations of data relevant to your question.
- A breakdown of the answer’s components for easy understanding.
- Interactive elements, such as charts or graphs, that you can adjust to explore different answer scenarios.
Creating Scenarios Experiment with different data scenarios by adjusting the interactive elements in the ‘Answers’ section. This allows you to see how different data inputs can affect the answers provided by the engine.
Attention: Extensive scenario adjustments may require additional processing time.
Features Our recommendation engine also includes:
- Analysis your question and generate our suggestion based on our database.
- Autocomplete suggestions as you type your question.
- Provide more details about the suggestion if you need clarify.

How to use the chatbot
To use the chatbot, you can find the chat label in the bottom right corner of your Kinetik simulation front-end. When you open the chatbot, a chat interface will be popped-up. You could ask any question you like to the AI and get desired answer.
But just as a reminder, there are two types of question that you could ask:
- Tactics question: You should include the keyword tactics keyword with colon symbol (E.g.
tactics: my question), and the chat bot will send your the answer from our AI recommendation engine. - General question: any general question without the keyword provided will be answered from GPT 3.5 model.
