(Essentially helps admins to understand the recommendation engine with some degree of abstraction).

Configuration Guides:

Detailed guides will be provided to assist Admin users in configuring the system according to preference meaning it will include documentation on setting up new data sources and changing the dashboard.

Justification

The chosen documentation mechanisms are appropriate for several reasons:

  • Comprehensiveness: By offering a variety of documentation formats, we cater to different learning styles and preferences, ensuring all users can access the information they need.
  • Accessibility: Help screens, tooltips, and mouseovers provide real-time assistance within the software interface, minimizing disruptions to workflow and enhancing usability.
  • Reference and Troubleshooting: Manuals, read me files, FAQs, and text on screens serve as valuable references for users seeking detailed information or troubleshooting assistance.

Overall, this comprehensive documentation plan aligns with our goal of providing CMOs with the resources they need to understand revenue impacts, optimize marketing tactics, and achieve target revenue goals effectively.
