Washington D.C. – President Joe Biden announced his plans to run for re-election early Tuesday morning. This comes four years to the day that he announced he would run in the 2020 presidential election.
Biden is currently the oldest president in U.S. history. His announcement makes him the oldest candidate to run for this position.
His age has been an increasing concern for both his supporters and his critics. Biden himself even called these concerns ‘totally legitimate’.
