CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – 27 Hussman students used their spring break to share stories of the issues many in Puerto Rico face.

The class split up into five teams, each with a different issue to focus on – power, community, governance, environment, and healthcare.

Before the trip, the class researched what issues they would focus on and started finding contacts to connect with once on the island.

Gerard Millman, videographer for the power team, says that one of the best things about the course is getting to learn from other students who are great at what they do which pushes him to be better at what he does.

Now the class is working on their team projects and creating a multimedia website to present them. They will have a showcase in late April.
