My research interests revolve around access to care, quality of care, and outcomes of adolescent and young adult (AYA) patients and caregivers as well as LGBTQIA+ patients and caregivers. I am particularly interested in AYA and LGBTQIA+ population’s unique caregiving support networks and how cancer treatment negatively impacts their financial, social, and developmental well-being.

My research interests focus on improving access to cancer care and quality of care among underserved populations using an implementation science approach. I am particularly interested in examining contextual factors present in the development and implementation of caregiver support programs, and how social support is measured for cancer caregivers in extant literature.
