The Y supports its members in their pursuit of social justice in three critical ways: 1) financially investing in their efforts; 2) leadership development, including capacity building seminars related to communications strategy, risk reduction, project planning, and fundraising; and 3) career advising, including networking events, internship and job information.

The Development Committee and the Communications Team of the Campus Y Executive Board also offer personalized resources to Campus Y Committees and Campaigns to help in respective development and marketing efforts. The Campus Y is open to collaboration from all student organizations in pursuit of social justice at UNC.
