Team:
- Our primary form of communication will take place through SMS text messages and email within the time span of 1-2 business days
- Project management is conducted via Jira where team members are expected to update their ticket progress
- Team members will treat others with respect and will work collaboratively with each other
- Client-lead is the main point of contact for the client
Deliverables:
- Make sure to prioritize the client’s needs first
- Meet deadlines for deliverables in a timely manner
- When experiencing late deadlines, let team members know within a 24-period so that other team members can help
Software Development:
- GitHub will be used as our version control
- Everyone works on their own branches for now
- A two-factor approval is required for pull requests to the main branch
- When reviewing pull requests, team members must make kind and constructive comments
- Everyone must make meaningful comments
